What will you do as a Trainer Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance)?
At Axelio Academy, everything revolves around learning, developing, and sharing knowledge. As a Trainer Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance), you will teach our participants and clients to work optimally with the system to get the most out of their financial processes and systems. We actively invest in your development as a trainer and content specialist. We guide our clients through the entire 'user adoption' process: from training plans to delivering training sessions.
As a trainer, you are the face of Axelio Academy within the Finance domain. You guide our participants in their development and ensure that they learn to use Dynamics 365 F&O effectively in their daily work. This goes beyond just transferring system knowledge; you are able to tell the story 'behind' the system and take client organizations along and support them in the entire training process.
You will find yourself in an ambitious and knowledge-driven team, where you will have a lot of freedom and responsibility to shape your role. At the same time, we offer you a unique opportunity to further develop as a trainer within the Finance domain.
You do not need to be an experienced trainer yet; we will help you make this role your own. You will have the space to develop both content-wise and personally and discover your own training style.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Conducting training sessions in the area of Finance within Dynamics 365 F&O. These are classroom training sessions (at our office or at the client) and online training sessions.
- Explaining financial processes and functionalities in an understandable and practical way.
- Guiding and coaching participants during and after training sessions.
- Developing and improving training materials together with colleagues.
- Executing and supporting training projects for clients who are (going to) work with Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Continuously developing your own knowledge within Finance and Dynamics 365 F&O.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €4,500 - €6,000. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You are a Finance professional with experience in Dynamics 365 F&O who is eager to make the transition to training and knowledge transfer. You enjoy standing in front of a group (or want to learn this) and gain energy from helping others.
You do not need to be a senior trainer yet; motivation and eagerness to learn are more important to us. We actively guide you in your growth.
You bring:
- A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling.
- Experience with ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance).
- A solid foundation in financial processes.
- Affinity with training, coaching, or sharing knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
